re: Driving School
In the US nothing would surprise me. Some years ago I worked for an insurance broker and we were asked to obtain quotes for a sheriffs office fleet of vehicles in Texas. As is usual you ask for past loss history. There were pages and pages of losses most of which were incurred when 2 police cars hit each other!! The whole thing read like an episode of the Dukes of Hazzard. We declined to get involved!!!
