Hi all
We are planning to drive to Bulgaria (Chepelare) from Northern Ireland in summer 2009. We are going to just take our time 3-4 weeks if necessary and use it as an extended holiday stopping off in different places/countries but just wondered if anyone else had done anything similar and could give any advice/tips/ideas/things to avoid etc. For instance, do you need an International Driving Licence now BG are EU Members, Is it Ok to take your own car and do you have to inform your ...

I'm a PA for an MD - its my job to think ahead and plan JMT. Force of habit JMT - anyway not planning it in any specific detail yet just outlines ready for tweaking nearer the time. It was more in case we needed to overcome any red tape issuesThanks a million for all your help everyone.
