IS IT WORTH USING THE E111 FORM IN BULGARIA OR IS IT A WASTE OF TIME?re: E111
If you do take one, make sure it's a new one as anything issued prior to 1st Jan ran out - a new system was brought in whereby you have to renew annually.It's worth taking along, but it's better to have full travel insurance including winter sports cover

That was lucky, i didn't realise about the renewal thing, we picked ours up last year. i will get fresh ones tomorrow.Cheers J

As far as I recall, the E111 is a waste of time for Bulgaria!They do a reciprical arrangement tho, ya need ya Medical Card and Passport.

Yeah i read somewhere that the E111 excludes bulgaria so it's useless.re: E111
