ENERGY COSTS IN BULGARIA

Does anyone know the unit cost for electricity in Bulgaria and the cost of home heating oil/gas.

Cheers Arron do you have an apartment and if so how are your electric and heating metered. Royal Lodge seem to be sticking there arm in.

We have a couple of apartments. With one we pay an extra for the management to pay on our behalf. The otherone has to be set up by ourselves. Each apartment would have a meter for water and electric. You could take readings and pay yourself.

Our contracts stated we should have separate meters but they have not put them in. We are looking into getting it sorted.
