EXCHANGE RATE

Does anyone know what the current exchange rate is? Is it worth getting money from travel agents or in resort?

Resort X Rate is ok and you can use the hole in wall allso

Hi Gem

We've been getting 2.23 lev to the £ by using the hole in the wall, I'm sure it was only 1.85(?) at Luton Airport!!

We've always used our ATM cards over here, and get a much better rate

if u go to the bank in bulgaria resort u will get about 2.25.dont use the local exchange booths they r only giving around the 2.00levs

i just love using my bulgarian bank card and spend my rent , two things aboutthis A: the taxman never sees it
B: never have to worry about any spends on hols or someone cloaning my card ..as its a bulg card with bulg writing on it ...they only cloan foreign cards ( mainly )
