East Midlands Airport

Hi All We've been moved to East Midlands Airport from Gatwick by Balkan as they've cancelled the Gatwick flight for the rest of the season . There first offer was to fly us from Gatwick to Sofia and as we're staying in Pamps so with a 4 hour transfer we opted for East midlands.We live in Southampton and never been flown from there so any advice? Heard its nice airport from friend.

you possibly would have been just as well flying to sofia it will take you 4 hours or more to get to east mids, its a small airport and if you park in the Prestige Parking a little bit more money but litterally a 1 to 2 min walk to departures we always park there plus your car is in a hugh lock up garage, the airport it self is ok resonable shop and a good bar that does ok food. have a good one.

This is our local Airport but must agree with Sam. Sofia is a treck but we hire a car and do the journey in about 2.75 hours.

Eastmids airport should have what you need so don't worry.

If you want to fly to Plovdiv could Balkan not get you on a flight from Bristol?
