Has anyone been to this hotel or does anyone know anything about it? i.e. where it is or is it built?

I own an apartment in the sister Elegant Spa.It is completed and is not far from the Lion Hotel ,12 minutes to the Gongola. My son stayed there this year and said the owners were very nice and he enjoyed his stay.
