My bro has just emailed me from Sol. He said having a good time, but not much snow. Rained all day yesterday. As a result, have only been able to do a little bit of skiing.At least BG isnt on its own!

I love Borovets, despite the lack of snow this year (suffered by all of Europe), I had a fab 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year.
One of the many reasons i love Borovets is because i can get 3 weeks skiing in a year and i pay less than if i was going to Canada etc for one week...
I will probably go to Canada next year, or somewhere different just to try different things, but i'll still be in Boro for two weeks over Xmas and New ...

PS - If anyone checks the BBC report on Andorra, the slopes are "Hard and compacted" with very little open... They're worse off than Boro and even Andorra is about twice the price!!
