thinking off going to Borovets at the end of March (21st)
for 7 days, but worried there will be poor or no snow at all.
anybody been this time of year before that give some addvice?
We have always been lucky with snow at the end of March, even last year. Look at the archive web cam pictures on this site for Borovets. Goes back years. It will be warm and usually sunny so snow can be slushy by afternoon on lower slopes but always great on top of gondola
We have been twice in the last 3 years ,both to Boro. My experience is that there was lots of snow both trips, but the 2nd trip 2 years ago it snowed for 6 days. There was so much snow that my (then) 7 year old awoke on the thursday morning to state 'oh daddy its still snowing' in a very disheartened manner. We are flying out again on the 23rd for a week in the iglika palace. And oh do I hope it again snows for 6 days lol. Also check out the snow history links on the sites.
