Equipment

Me and some friends are heading out on the 26th to Borovets ( ) but we haven't booked any equipment as of yet. Last time we went, the equipment we hired (from the place at the bottom of the Rila) was pretty bad. Are there any places we can hire stuff from that's not much more expensive than buying online (160-200 region) or would it still be better to book online?

Try Hunters or Kas and Bobby.

Check out Hunters. They have a load of new gear I believe. Try speaking with Kas on the board or via Bobbys Bar as her husband Bobby works for Hunters. We have had nothing but top service from them.

I've used Hunters for a couple of years previously, decent kit. One year I prebooked on their website, another I just rocked up to their depot. No problems. This year I've got my own board though, assuming it turns up before Saturday
