you should get 1.94 to 1.96 to the euro, it's pegged to the euro and dosn't move much with the rate

Hi Rich

When I lived in Spain I always took the euro and have never had a problem you could also just use your bank card in bulgaria and just with draw lev as i have also done, and will do this year

It does not move at all with the rate, it has been 1.955 to one Euro since 1997
