Hi to all, and am so glad I have found you! I have bought a studio apartment in Orpheica, Evridika Hills (O22b) off plan in about 2006, and after paying all the tiered payments and additional furnishings, utilities, maintenance fees, etc, I have still not received my guaranteed rental income (I guess like most of you!). Desi replied to my last email so rudely and abruptly, saying that they did not have the money to pay me. After contacting a solicitor in Bulgaria, who said that it would best for me to try and contact others in a similar situation, I now have found you!! Perhaps I should go out to Pamps but I am so fed up with my property and am really concerned about my investment, I am not sure I want to bring my children over and then get disappointed and upset! Just fab to touch base with you guys and would be happy to be advised what to do next! My email is [email protected]

Hi Reggie, I also got an email asking for money for heating costs - I replied saying that i would like my apartment to have heating and hot water, but they can take these costs out of the guaranteed rental income I have not received yet. Suffice to say, I have had no reply since. I probably have a freezing cold, empty apartment now! I must say that I completely regret this investment as I stupidly remortgaged my house to put into this as savings when I got divorced. Now that my mortgage payments have got higher here, I really can't afford to pour more money into this without knowing i will get a return. I will fly out though if it gets me my rental fee, or to meet up with this forum! Does our aparthotel look nice? I hope so!!!

Marina ! my e-mail address is [email protected] if you want to write to me at any time ! I am now in touch with a few people and I am trying to hopefully compile a list of owners and their contact numbers and e-mail addresses and try and identify where we all are in the country and perhaps meet up to discuss our issues in depth and what our next step should be. From what I can see our issues are all virtually the same but the whole thing seems very complex as there is not just one issue but many different ones. I think the best way forward is applying pressure to ORCO as a Collective but think we should discuss anything in depth away from this site. Helen has come across an interesting group. It is called the bulgaria-property-action-group.com . I have had a look at it briefly but have had no time to check them out yet . Well worth to consider may be ??!!!
