Exchange Rates

I know this has beeen asked time and time again, but we are coming out to Borovets on 5th March. Can anyone who has just got back, or anyone who is out there, let us know what is the best rate is, and where? Also can we use credit cards? Thanks Howard

best rate is at the bank by the green king facing the gondela no commision,the rate last week was 221 levy to £1 the crown money stands also give a good rate, cant comment on cred cards sorry.

take British Pounds if you can,you will get the best rate if you change in Bulgaria
