Exchanging Euros

Has anyone had any trouble exchanging Euro for Levs in Pamporovo. Any info greatly appreciated.

its not a problem peter.

Your hotel will normally change at reception, or athe alaska supermarket. Rate will be around 1.9- 2 levs per euro

Hi, not sure why you are taking euros. You will be better off taking Sterling notes and just changing them - you will pay a commission here to buy Euros and they are very happy to take sterling. Just dont change money at the airport - rip off rates!! There is an FIB bank at the Pamporovo Palace next to Ski Station 1 which is open all day and they were giving 2.83 to the pound. Regards

We are taking Euros because that is the currency we use... Living in Rep. of Ireland ..
