Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Nearly all of us have last years mobile phone stuck in a drawer at home somewhere. Take it to Bulgaria, along with the charger and all the bits it came with, and sell it. Try to make sure it's unlocked (otherwise it won't allow a foreign sim card).
How do you sell it ?.......tell your instructor, then brace yourself so you they don't tear your arm off !!!!!! I don't know why they want them, but it might be that mobile phone charges in Bulgaria are very cheap, and the handsets very expensive.
We sold three last year for about £40 a go, we could have sold a sackfull !!!

When you buy a mobile phone in the UK, it has some form of software "lock" to prevent it being used with another networks sim cards. For example an orange phone will not accept t mobile, vodafone, or O2 sim cards. It is a simple matter of getting somebody with the gizmo to zap it, and unlock it. The last phone I had done took 2 seconds to unlock ! It's possible to get this done in Bulgaria I'm sure, but obviously it would make it harder to sell the phone if someone has to take it away and get it done.
