Hi ya,

Hope the training for the 'big' race is going well!?! Just to let you know that we have lunch with friends in Raduil on Saturday but will try and pop up after or on the Sunday to see you and cheer you on!

Hi Guys,

Training not too bad, thanks. Have to get a bit more speed and do a few more jumps me thinks but have Friday and Saturday for more practice.

Be nice if you get up whenever look forward to seeing you.
