FAO Daniel Snell

Hi, didn't wanna reply down there so thought i'd create a new post... i know i don't need dollars but want to know if they change dollars to levs in resort? We went to states last year and i never got round to changing my dollars back but they are making up some of my spending money for this hol... the exchange rate here to change em back to pounds is rubbish so thought i'd just take em with me instead... if they change em over there?

Personally I would keep the Dollars for your next trip to the USA if you can afford to do so as the current exchange rate is so good. You should not have a problem exchanging them as long as they are all in good clean condition. The only problem you may have is trying to work out what exchange rate you are getting when you pay for stuff.

You can change Dollars in the kiosks (sp?) not sure what exchange rate you'll get though...?

I'm pretty good with stuff like that so should be ok... although a faff!

Was planning on keeping them as we were gonna go back there towards the end of september but stuff has come up and prob won't get back this yr... figured its sitting so may as well use em... saves me taking more out of the bank lol

But even if youdon't go back for 2 or 3 years time you will kick yourself if the Dollar has dropped to around the 1.55 mark again!!! See your point though if you need to use them up.
