FEW Q'S ON BORO!

I have heard the black tiger is a good bar anybody elses opinion?

How far is the coach transfer from Sofia?

Has anyone head of Hotel Victoria and if so what is it like?

re: FEW Q'S ON BORO!

we stopped to drop off some people at the hotel vicotria.

it is a little further out from the resort centre than some of the other hotels, but it looked quite nice from the outside.

looked a small and friendly sort of hotel.

re: FEW Q'S ON BORO!

Hi Shep,

The distance of the transfer is about 65km which depending on the weather and traffic takes about 1-1/12 hrs. Black tiger is OK but if it is your first time there you will be amazed at the huge number of places to eat and drink. Of course we all have our favourites, mine is probably The Blue. If you find one that you don't like my advice would be not to go back to it. I am sure you will be able to make up your own mind soon. Have a great holiday

re: FEW Q'S ON BORO!

My bar recommendation is either the 'Pub' opposite the Samakov hotel, just down from Whit Magic (40p for a large tequila.... 80p a pint) or Sangria in Mama Citas with Nachos and then round the corner to Buzz Bar for late night dancing/cheap vodka Very Happy Very Happy Booze Booze

re: FEW Q'S ON BORO!

The Blue does very nice food (roof was leaking last week!! ), Hot Spot does good cocktails, same for Franko's. We nearly managed to eat a different place every day, Variety being the spice of life and all that Smile

black tiger is good for the happy hr- 2 for one drinks- from 7-9 and 11-1. and there's a pole for wanabee dancers and karaoke too.
