i don't suppose there's any chance of an update on the weather in borovets and the ski conditions?

Hi Fiona,

We left there yesterday and the snow conditions were just fantastic. Came down the new Musala escape route (about a 10 - 12k run I think) twice yesterday - sufficiently challenging for good skiers who wanna ski fast - but equally manageable for intermediates - and really good fun!!

Anybody whose there now will have the best of times....hated comin' home.... nice to catch up with the board though.

is that the mussala pathway run they are talking about?
Never done it before, but the kids are asking if its open, and ok for intermediate skiers like them?

The conditions are great in Borovets now.The Mussala pathway is open and they have changed the pathway.Now ends up near the Olymp Hotel, so no need to walk or hang on the back of a horse {taxi}
