Is this normal ?- that for the first hour or so so every day after morning skiing - the arch of my foot gives me grief!
Couple of ibuprofen usually does the trick afterwards.

Things can change in 3 years. Might be worth getting someone to look at your boots and feet again. I didnt have any problem with my feet until a short while ago. Every now and then I go through bouts of extreme pain in the bottom of my foot, just behind the arch. Feet are very complicated things and if its a problem you need to see a professional. I cant vouch personally for the services of this place but I know a lot of people in the ski / sports industry in the UK rate this guy very very highly indeed. Lookup Solutions 4 Feet and take a look. BTW I have no financial motivation for passing this on Im just relaying what Ive heard / read from others. Im considering going there myself if I cant get my bootfitters to resolve my particular problem.
