And if you are flying with Britannia, buy them on the aircraft. I bought my boss 400 silk cut for £19.50. They were £35 at Gatwick.J

200 is the legal allowance for any non EEC country. The brands in Bulgaria such as B & H or Lambert and Butler are poor copies and taste awful. Buy the local brand called Victory or Victory Lights at just 16 levs for 200 they are better quality and at 61p a packet amazingly good value.Pamporovo Pete

You can buy the real benson and hedges, silk cut and marlbrough on the plane to and from plodiv, they cost around £20 for 400!re: Fags
I shouldn't really tell you this, but one of our gang brought back 9000 Victory lights with him. He got caught and after a bit of bartering, paid a £50.. cough... 'fine' and they let him through. They don't really want them back, but they know we are all doing it and have made a business out of it. 3 others in our group got pulled aside and they paid £50 between them for approx. 12000 fags. Apparently the victory's are very, very strong, but the lights go down quite well with the English. ...

Was there enough room in their suitcases for their clothes!I dont smoke myself, but some friends have asked me to bring some back, looks like some will be disappointed then!
