lamb in the mehanas in bankso is fan - bloody - tastic

I have just looked up bulgairan food in my dictionary and it said - meat/potatoes/salads/cheese followed by alchohol

A Karvama is as follows.
Slowly cooked pieces of Chicken, or Pork or Lamb with onion, Mushrooms, Sun Dry Tomato's, Garlic, Savoury Red Merlot, Served with Rice. My Favourite too. ttony
