Festa winter Palace hotel

Can anyone advise if this winter palace hotel is the same as the festa chamkoria as advertised on the Balkan site?
Any information on the hotel greatly appreciated- though as it apparently just opened this year there will probably be no reviews yet?
Looks nice though, and looking to book for next year

Any one know this place?- apparently its past the "Red Rose" is it? strip bar place ( i know the area cos the kids go horse riding from here!)- didnt look half built last year but apparently opened for new year?
