Flying out to Pamporovo on 13 Jan X 1 week on Ski Beginner Package! Looking for info on Hotel Finlandia please and also on how recent 'Ski First Timers' got on in Pamporovo - Am feeling very nervous about the ski lessons but determined to enjoy the week anyway!!!

The school is very busy the first morning, you will have a fit when you see the queue, but they are very quick, if your boots are not comfy just tell them, it took me 3 attempts.If you can get Yanko as your instructor he is patient and caring and had us on the green run by Wednesday, he is fantastic.re: First Timer!!
Ok dont worry, your first time will be a blast. everyobe else is in the same boat as you and you will find you all bond very quickly, falling over and making a arse of yourself!!! You will be amazed that by the end of the week you will be able to ski from top to bottom and believe me when you first do that the feeling is just fantastic.re: First Timer!!
We are also flying out on Sat, all beginners and all booked for lessons. Staying at the Bor. Everybody is nervous as we don't know what to expect.re: First Timer!!
went out last year to pamps as 3 very mixed age and fitness firsttimers had a brilliant time enjoy best hol ever all now hooked bansko here we come!re: First Timer!!
Thanks for your messages guys and gals!!! Feeling a little less nervous now and really looking forward to the week! However I think I will break the record of 'falling' as my sense of balance is rubbish! I cannot rollerskate or iceskate so this 'ski-ing' will be a real experience. My hubby will probably take to the slopes like a 'duck to water' as he is good at the balance thing and quite fit due to his enduro biking every weekend!! All his biker mates have told him he will be hooked ...
