First aid

We are a couple of familys going skiing for the first time do you regulars have any must take first aid items, support bandages and so on or am I being a bit paranoid flying 12th Feb can't wait.

yeah take all medical suupplies possible

if you hurt yourself in Bulgaria you are a right gonner

be careful and watch out for the wild bears they are vicious and taste awful

avoid the so called beef syeak as it is actually bear

Bulgaria has plenty of medical supplies, you won't need to worry!

I would recommend you take some paracetamol as after a day on the slopes you ache like mad..

as well as the usual paracetamol and plasters I have packed muscle rub, tubigrip and blister stuff!
