Hi, we are coming to Borovets on Feb 26, we booked with Inghams, but they have since changed our flights to 4 hours later that first booked. We are both doing the Learn to ski Package, but as we will arrive very late about 1.30 am at the earliest, at our hotel (Rila), what happens on the first day..ie what sort of time do we have to be up for the meeting to see the rep? And what usually happens on the first morning. We have bought all our gear, so don't need to do the shopping bit.

We both can't wait to get there.

Dont worry about it. Our flight was delayed for 6 hours at Manchester. We got to the Bor hotel at 03:00.

Normally when you book with Inghams you have to go to the hotel Samokov between 08:00 & 10:00 to collect your vouchers & and lift pass. The vouchers are for the ski instructor. Once you have got the vouchers you go to the Borosport ski depot under the gondola to be fitted out with your ski's & boots etc (They also require a voucher.) They will then allocate skis and boots for the whole week. You them wait for your instructors out side. They wear red/pink coats (I think there pink because they have washed so many times.) they will approach you so dont worry. When you have found an instructor he takes your vouchers and takes you up the mountain. If not the mountain outside the Rila. You will really enjoy it. We were first time skiers in January we enjoyed it that much we are going back on 19 march.

If your staying at the Rila it may be different.
