First time snowboarding in Bulgaria

I would like to go to Bulgaria this winter for a week to learn snowboarding and would appreciate any tips.
Which resort do you recommend ? What is the price range for snowboard lessons, equipment hire, accomodation, ski pass etc ?
Any recommended schools or instructors and equipment rental shops ?
Is it better to book a package deal from home or just buy a ticket and make the other arangements when I get to Bulgaria ?
The package deals offered over here include just 6 hours of snowboard ...

Hi StavI can offer you flexible snowboard package for both resorts Bansko and Borovets . In Borovets we have our own ski school with brand new Burton snowboards for the forthcoming season

If you're getting lessons make sure it's with someone that's been recommended to you.Mainly I've had good feedback on lessons in Bulgaria, and I thought mine was great (skis not snowboard). But I know my brother had one over there that went:
"Thees ees snowboard. Theees go left, thees go riight. Hokey Pokey down the mountain!".
We laugh about it now, but it could have put him off for life. He was pretty bruised by the end of the day!

Thanks Mattsvillle, did you take lessons through a school or a private instructor ? Could you give an idea of the cost of lessons and equipment rental ?
