Ive pre paid for my child to go to Kindergarden at the Rila where im am told he will get ski lessons, can someone tell me what this consists of,
Also ive been told that he will not be able to keep his skis boots lift pass out of Kindergarden, So is it possible for me to get a lift pass and ski gear for one or two days and what will it cost.
They give them a hour or so lesson in the morning, then take them sledging in the afternoon, with a few other activities...
they only use the nursery slopes so they tend not to have a lift pass at all.the ski instructor will use theirs to get them through the gates, also if you take proof of age a lift pass is free for up to 5 yrs old..
Ski hire no problem for kids i guess it would cost no more than about £25 for 2 days, but that is a guess, lots of hire shops around..
Hope this ...

If you ask them the Kindergaten will let you take the skis and boots out. Just tell them you want to do some skiing with your child. We had no problem last year. You won't need a list pass as small children go free. Anyway they can go under the barrier on the nursery slope no problem, no one minds. They love to see the children skiing.
Hi, we used the Rila about 2 years ago for our then 4 and a half year old daughter,It was fine, she was well looked after and safe but the skiing really was limited and they literally did an hour each day and with 8 or so children in each group they didn't really do very much. I would recomend def getting the skis out and going out together, one it is really fun and they will come on leaps and bounds. We skiied in Flaine in France last year, it didn't break the bank and the ski school esf were fantastic, 3 hrs skiing each morning and by the end of the week all the kids in the group were doing the blues really confidently. Borovets was a lovely place but I think with young kids Flaine was fab and it is car free which is a bonus and the hotel is ski in ski out which was great. Hope I haven't put you off but just wanted to say take them out yourself too and enjoy!
