Flights from Scotland

I've been looking at flights from Scotland to Sofia (Late Feb. early march) but struggling to find any decent deals. Does anyone have any ideas about cheap flights?

hi there see you are from killie, we are just outside kilwinning. where you going to in BG, we have a chalet in Borovets. usually get train to manchester airport and fly from there with easyjet or one of the charters.

we tried to book a week in Bansko flying out of Newcastle on 26th feb (which stops off in Edinburgh) but no flights available, so have had to travel from Manchester.

Have to agree with the above (hello Ayrshire people, used to hail from Newmilns, now sunny Partick).

The only company I know of who fly from Scotland are Balkan Holidays from Edinburgh/Newcastle. Done it twice, but most of the time we'll drive to Manchester.

Thanks for the replys. we normaly get the edinburgh flight as part of a package but were thinking of booking seperatley this year hence the cheap flight hunts.

Have a feeling we may have to go from manchester but really hate that drive lol

There is a good. Train service direct to Manchester airport from Glasgow and Edinburgh with trans pennine express. It is cheap too if you book well in advance. Balkan give free bags etc though so keep this in mind if booking essyjet.
