Flights to Plovdiv

Hi
I'm travelling to Pamporovo on February 9th. I've friends trying to join our group during the week from England but they can't travel until Tuesday 12th February.
Can anyone tell me if there are any flights from UK on a Tuesday to Plovdiv or if not, what is the best way to get to Pamporovo on a Tuesday. Is Varna or Sofia a better option and what is the distance to Pamporovo?

Sofia is the better option with a 3 hour transfer. (Car)Probably 7-8 from Varna
