We're flying out on 14/2, staying at the Rila in Borovets. I have heard that sometimes hotels require their guests to wear flip flops in and around the pool area as the tiles can be slippery (were lethal last year in Serbia!). Anyone know please if that is the case for the pool at the Rila?
Flip flops are advisable but not required in Rila, as it can be slippery. Changing rooms rarely lockable so mine go down in flip flops and towels from their room.
