Hi Guys (and girls)give us the low down on the Flora - we are staying there 9th Feb! Stayed at the Rila last Feb half term and preferred to eat out lots instead of using the restaurant.
Also have a nearly 3 year old that we're looking to place at the Samokov kinder - didn't really like the one at the Rila last year. (No windows and limited toys, altho he was happy)

Yes - too much wine - I meant the Flora Apartments!How far are we from the Rila (as a point of measuring distance?
How big are the apartments - will it be very crowded with 2 adults and 3 kids?
Is there a fee and if so how much for the pool/sauna etc?
As we were 1/2 board last time, we didn't shop much. I don't remember seeing many shops in respect of groceries?
Any info re the Kinder at the Samokove e.g activities for 2-3 year olds?

Rila is about 3 mins walk depending on conditions !!
Good size apartments - ours is a 1 bed (sleeps 4) but some are larger - you will be very comfortable !!
Pool is 6 lev per person unlimited use. Other things such as Sauna, jacuzzi more. Reasonable but not cheap - nice facilities though...P.S. Samokov Hotel do a family pass which is much cheaper is you can be bothered to go out !
Grocery (basic) under Rila. New one also under the new apartments in the centre - Royal Plaza. Eggs, cereal, ...

No info on childcare - sorry but worth checking with the Samokov - seem pretty set up although I do know Flora do some childcare in the basement.
