Flora apartments- breakfast?

Hi. Sorry to be boring with the nitty gritty details but can I ask about breakfast at the Flora in borovets? Is it available for apartment guests booked on a self catering basis, or is it for hotel guests only? anyone know how much it costs and if it's any good?

Dont know what you do if you are in the apartments but we stayed in the hotel and the breakfast was Ok.
