Flora apartments

Hello everyone!!

Booked up for Borovets 5th Feb, stopping at the Flora apartments? Anyone stopped there before? If so what they like? We stayed at The Rila last year and had an awesome time just wondered how the hotels compared?

re: Flora apartments

Hi Nick
we were there a couple of year ago- suited us fine- we usually stay at accomadation offering half board but stayed here for a change!
Just up the road from the Gondola, near to all the bars and centre of town. Rooms adequate, if not much available for self catering (our room anyway)- but we ate out every night, plenty of good bars with cheep food etc.
Decent breakfast at the Flora, in the Irish pub (which never appeared busy on an evening, but nice enough).
Decent small pool area ...

Decent small pool area (free) and jaquzi (pay for)= also treatment centre offering massages etc.
Flora is ok, hope you have a fab time! Very Happy

re: Flora apartments

Nick

Stayed at the Rila once and didn't much like it, but had previously stayed at the Flora a couple of times. Good location and rooms much more modern and less bashed about than the Rila. Breakfast was OK as well. Did same as Ian and ate out most nights so can't comment on evening meals. Boot room under the hotel was warm and seem to remember that equipment rental was reasonably priced. Irish bar always had tumble weed blowing around it when we were there and so went to normal bars ...
