pasta
soups
traditional dishes like shopska (and many other salads)stuffed peppers and vine leaves

as well as the usual vegetables, chips, spuds etc
some words that may help-written as said (not spelt)-though most locals ...

az sum vegetarianets (G pronounced as in Good)-I am vegetarian

yaieetsa-eggs
sirenee/kashkaval-white/yellow cheese
bob chorba-bean soup (lovely in BG)
letishta suppe-lentil soup (also lovely)
zelenchootsi na satch-a type of vegetable dish on a hot plate-nice if you can find it
patatnik--a potato dish-best in Rhodopi (Pamps)
mish-mash--a type of veggy/scrambled egg dish
kashkaval/sirene panee--fried breaded cheese
