Although just back from a great week in Pamp i thought the food (pretty much enywhere I tried) was deplorable.
ended up in the White hart eating mediocre meals each evening. Beer was nice and cheap but bar staff always wend into hiding for a few minutes when i waited for change. Did anyone else find this.
only found 1 alright (only) place on the slopes where the food was ok
Food seems to be a bit dodgy at all resorts. Been to boro a few times now and have found enough good restaurants to last us all week - in fact eat a lot better all week than if I'd been cooking myself at home!!
WHAT DO PEOPLE EXPECT WHEN IN A FORIEN COUNTRY, ENGLISH FOOD? WHAT ABOUT TRYING AND EXPERIENCING DIFFERENT CULTURES. IF YOU DONT LIKE THE FOOD BRING YOUR OWN.
its keek everywhere but we didnt go to eat grub and award mitchelin stars. we went to get blootered-ski and pull local burdz for not too much money- objective complete-
have eaten M&S food since coming home- not pulled or been lap dancing- am paying over 2 quid a pint and over a fiver for a pack of ciggies.
