You seem to have a bug in your code. If you post a reply then press refresh the post is added twice! Have seen this on some earlier posts. Maybe need to review this with your web host. Good luck. In the meantime I'l try not to press refresh again after posting.

I know it's a pain, but when the 'page has expired, press refresh' come us, if you use the Back button on the browser, not the refresh, this seems to help - not IT minded at all to know why this happens
Wondered why there were so many duplicate postings. This doesn't happen to me, and presumably alot of others. If I post a reply, or a new topic, the 1st page of the discussion board appears almost immediately. No need to hit back or refresh.
Well the non-techy explanation for this is:
when you press the back button you are accessing what is stored in short term memory on your own computer i.e. the last few pages of information that you have looked at.
when you press the refresh button you are going to go and get a new copy of the web page from the host computer.
In other words the back button can show you out of date information if the information has recently been updated.
