Freestyle terrain

Hi everyone,

I saw someone write that none of the mountains have freestyle terrain for boarders??? Is this true?

No halfpipes anywhere? No rails/boxes/jibs? What about jumps? As you see in my last topic post, I was just getting excited about planning a trip, but this might change things.

Alright Jim, saw this too and was a little confused, i've wread many reports that there is a park being built and should be finished now on this site And i may be imagining this(sstranger things have happened) but i'm sure ive wread an article on the news section of this site that the park is up and running. I believe it is off to the right side of the piste map near the bottom of that large red run. I really hope i'm right on this cos i go on the 25th

Yeah, I hope you're right too. I can't imagine spending a long period of time riding somewhere without some serious park hits and I really want to get into halfpiping. I was watching the Olympic halfpipe competiton the other day and both men's and womens were nothing short of inspiring (though as a Yank I may be biased).

there is some ramps on one of the orange runs it is not marked on the map bansko r in d middle of building a fun park aswell and halfpipe

Carrie: I'm leaving tomorrow and I'll be there for two weeks. If you're there before the 8th of march, we should obviously ride together; maybe you could show me a thing or two on the pipe. Email me.
