From Sitnyakovo to Martinovi

So if you go up on the Sitnyakovo chair, how exactly do you go down? There are 2 paths that connect it to Martinovi but they're so rocky I ruined my skis today. Any alternatives?

Trouble is I have a kid waiting dow @ Rila so the gondola side is not an option Smile
