GONDOLA BOROVETS

I've noticed the queues at the bottom of the Rila have been huge everyday since the start of the season...is the Gondola broke or is just really windy

re: GONDOLA BOROVETS

Hi - just back from Borovets on Saturday. The gondola is not broken nor closed, but due to lack of snow, everyone is going "up the top" where there is a bit more snow than down by the Rila! Also the Gondola staff have been on strike some mornings due to poor pay packages, so this added to the crowds. I believe that they have also been shipping people in from Pamps and Bansko!!
