GRand Malina Hotel - Pamps

Last year I stayed in Pamporovo at the Malina Chalet complex. Whilst there they were planning the big PR launch for the new hotel on the site. Balkan Holiday brochure says it will be open for this season. Has anyone seen how it is progressing and what has happened to the chalets and the restaurant ?

What was the Malina Chalet like? I was thinking of staying there in feb 2006.
