Gambling

Hi all have just booked to go to Borovets on 18th march, i know this may be a bit of a gamble with this seasons snow conditions but does anyone have any experience of mid march skiing/boarding in borovets?

pass couple of years the snow has been at its beast in march and even into april .keep ur fingers crossed

Skied a couple of year ago mid March with the kids- upper slopes excellent lower rila slopes closed- Plenty to ski on though and wall to wall sunshine (kids got bad sunstroke despite putting cream on (then probably wiping it off as they went into school away from me!)
I got a really good tan if i remember it right!

Were there beginning of March last year, there's been a good dump about 10 days before we left and conditions were good at the beginning of the week. Towards the end, lower slopes getting a bit hit and miss, but overall, no issues.
