Gear hire in Pamporovo

Gear hire in Pamporovo

Hi all

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to hire gear in Pamporovo.
Friends of mine went 2 years ago and said you could everything (jackets, sallopettes, boots etc as well as more the obvious snowboard).
However Ive just asked the contact at BulgariaSki and she says there is nowhere to hire stuff from?!?

Confused.
