We are looking for someone SERIOUSLY interested in investing in Boro. We already have land in Beli Iskar going throught the planning process, and we have an option on another 2000m2 adjacent to this plot.
But, out of the blue we have now been offered the chance to buy one of the only freehold plots in boro, this is not in the village, this is within 100m of the gondola. The plot currently has an up and running business on it and has just got planning, under the 'Super Borovets' scheme, to ...

This plot is in a fantastic positon with loads of potential, it wont hang around long, but we have first refusal as its owned by friends.
