George Baker

Just got back from having a meal with George Baker (inspector Wexford). He's been a friend of Angie's for years and although 76 now he's great company and what a story teller!

Didn't pay the bill though Very Happy

Just googled him and he was in Dambusters and Goodbye Mr Chips (remember him in them) and was born in Varna. One of the British classic actors. impressed Pete Wink

my wife was an extra in one of the wexford mystery series episodes......didnt know he was born in BG though!
