At last - a sensible way of getting fit for the over 25's amongst us.
So here we go, you may want to take it easy to start with then speed up as you become more porficient .
Be careful as this may be a little strenuous for some.

PP. as an unfit over 40 let alone over 25 that's puffed me out !! last night i freaked the missus out by telling her that i'd seen a picture of a "dog kebab" and i elaberated my story by telling her they eat horses (she's got a horse and loves them) she's now on the verge of being a veggie for the next week, that's ok with me coz i'll have her share of the lamb on sunday, my point though.......where was the "dog-kebab" picture taken was it actually in bulgaria and was it dog ?

Sorry mate - I must have missed that one - but as I'm a HUGE dog lover I would have deleted anything like that.I'm sure it was a wind-up.
