Getting Skis etc

Hi

Goint to Borovets think we arrive late on Saturday night how do you get about getting your hired skis etc and going to ski school etc.

Any answers appreciated and advice.

we went to pamps with thomsons, on the coach journey down we were given a welcome pack and told where to meet our reps in the morning, ours was an 8.30 meet didnt get there until 1am so a little early but never mind. when we meet up with the rep they gave us vouchers for all pre paid stuff and told us where to go for ski fitting ect. once we were fitted with boots and skis we were aked our ability and put into our class the ski instructor took our lift pass vouchers and got those for us, Iam ...
