Getting levs before you go

Been reading this board for a while now and there seems to be some interest in getting levs before you get to Bulgaria.

I just ordered some thru the exchange bureau in Going Places and will get 2.65 to the pound plus no commission to pay either.

Just wanted to pass that on to others who want to be armed with beer money!
