Pat, if you go on the bulgarian folk feast which I highly recommend just ask your rep to order a gluten free pudding, you will be absolutely fine with the starter and main (spit roast lamb) yummy, yummy !!
Also if you do Plovdiv trip on last day or mid week also ask rep to request gluten free alternative, they did for our son with no probs at all.
I recommend that you take some rolls but really that is all you need, but I don't know which hotel you are in, but Just make it clear to your ...
