Goggles or glasses

I've seen a lot of stuff about clothes etc.. but not much on goggles or glasses.
I have a pair of glasses to take with me and am wondering if it's worth buying some goggles. If so should I just wait until I get to boro and get them there? Whats the best for snowboarding?

Matty,
you need goggles for when its dull, grey or snowing, otherwise sunglasses will just make it difficult to see the dips and bumps infront of you whilst your doing 50,60 mph could be dodgy, take both, cant beat goggles but it good to pose when the sun is shining.

re: Goggles or glasses

I would personally always recomend goggles whenever you are moving - especially in BG where I dont reckon there are any shades that will stop that biting cross wind on a chair lift drying your eyes out. As kel above says, if you've got a bit of pace up then you will always get a bit teary in shades, thus making it more dificult for you to see bumps, obstacles and (more importantly) people.
